PAULSBORO TO HOLD RIBBON-CUTTING FOR

THOMSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS

$7 million project maximizes water quality, improve resilience and sustainability

PAULSBORO, NJ – The Borough of Paulsboro will hold a ribbon-cutting for the significant, recently-completed improvements made to Thomson Avenue through a grant and loans from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program ($4.12 million) and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank ($2.89 million).

WHAT:  Thomson Avenue Ribbon-Cutting, to highlight water and sewer improvements that maximize water quality, and improve resilience and sustainability

WHO:  Invited guests include Assemblyman John Burzichelli, USDA State Director Michael Thulen, Paulsboro Mayor Gary Stevenson, Paulsboro Engineer Stephen Cosaboon, Carolyn Zumpino Borough Grants Consultant and project contractors

WHEN:  Friday, September 20, 2019, at 3:00 p.m.

WHERE:  The intersection of Thomson Avenue, Swedesboro Avenue and Wood Street
