THOMSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
$7 million project maximizes water quality, improve resilience and sustainability
PAULSBORO, NJ – The Borough of Paulsboro will hold a ribbon-cutting for the significant, recently-completed improvements made to Thomson Avenue through a grant and loans from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program ($4.12 million) and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank ($2.89 million).
